Energy Saving Air Handling Unit AHU for Cleanroom Project 

 The cleanroom AHU realizes the functions of refrigeration, heating, dehumidifying, heating, humidification, purification and sterilization through a variety of heat and humidity treatment schemes and air purification treatment, so as to achieve precise control of the indoor environment temperature, humidity, and cleanliness.

  

 
   Over the 30 years, Jetex has been committed to the research and development of air conditioning equipment for industrial and biological purification. 

  Our AHUs offer a flexible range of air volumes, from 2600 m³/h to 400,000 m³/h, allowing customization for various needs. They are ideal for air purification systems in cleanrooms and controlled environments.

Temperature Maintenance Double-layer insulated panels (inner & outer: color-coated steel / galvanized steel / stainless steel). Aluminum alloy frame with thermal break tech; panel thickness: 50mm or 30mm.
Sealing Performance Specialized sealing at panel-to-panel & panel-to-frame joints, exceeding HVAC industry air-tightness standards.
Noise Reduction High-efficiency, low-noise backward-curved centrifugal fans with strong overload capacity.
Antibacterial & Mold-Resistant - Drain pan: Antibacterial material (sterilization efficiency >99.99%).
- Optional inner panels: Antibacterial coating for enhanced protection.
Filtration & Sterilization - 3-stage filtration (Primary, Medium, High-efficiency; up to H13).
- Optional composite filters: Fiber-activated carbon, TiO₂ sterilizers, UV sterilizers for dust removal & sterilization.
